If you would like to see a sample, fill in a fake user name and password on the left.
When surfing the web you should always be aware of sites that mimic other sites that are fake, and retrieve usernames and passwords. The things to watch for are as follows:
- If the website name in the address bar isn't the site you were intending to go to.
- The site asks you to log in more than once even though you have typed your user name and pasword correctly
- If you type in your login information and the site redirects you to another site
- If you type in your login information, the site redirects you to the site you intended to go to and asks you to login again
- Never click on a link from your email that is from your bank asking you to log in, even if it looks like an actual email from your bank.
